17/04/2008 · I tried connecting my GPS to my laptop and connected immediately and now updating. I am wondering if the issue maybe to do with USB 2 or 3 connections. My PC is USB 3 with no luck of any attempts supplied to me by Norton or TomTom. I connect to my old laptop with USB 2 no problems connects & updates straight away.
